A balanced Arabica and Robusta Combination          
This well balanced coffee is a beautiful coffee. Mastered by the art of the roaster. The beans have been slowly brought to a high temperature and shortly after the 'first crack; the roasting process is stopped. Nevertheless, the Cali has a very strong aftertaste. The variaty of Arabica and Robusta beans have created many flavours in this coffee. The looks of the bean would suggest a Mild Roast, but after making your espresso you will see the dark black color of the coffee though with a light colored crema.

Deze Arabica en Robusat combinatie is een bijzondere koffie. Gecreëerd door de vakmanschap van de koffiebrander. De bonen worden langzaam gebrand en kort na de 'first crack' wordt het brandproces gestopt. De bonen zien er Mild gebrand uit, maar de aftertaste is erg sterk. De combinatie van de Arabica en Robusta bonen zorgen voor een breed smaakpalet. De koffie is zwart maar heeft daarentegen een mooie lichte crema laag. De geur en smaak van de koffie begint zoet om daarna met een bijzonder bitter te eindigen. Erg leuke koffie om te ervaren.
